What Is Constitution?

Many people dont know what is the meaning of constitution, however, they are not confuse about the laws taht given to a country, some government aware how exactly important the study of our government in some reasons
-To understand political crisis.
-Become a good citizens.
-create a good moral society.
-or even having an indipendence/fredom.

A constitution is the most important law of a country because it contains the official declaration of the form of government, its structure and powers, and the rights and duties of citizens. If there is any difference between the constitution and other laws passed buy public officials, or even international treaties, then the constitution is still supreme. tThe other laws or treaties which do not agree with it or not legal. thats why the constituion called the "mother of governments" because it gives form and principle to the government.

The constitution of a countery may be amended or changed or even replaced by a new constitution. the amendment of an existing constitution, or the making of totaly new one, depends on the desire of the majority of people feel that it is best to amend, or even replace a constitution, then there are procedures for such changes.

Another type of constitution is unwritten one. an unwritten one means that is found in a single document only, for it consist of many important agreements, laws passed by the legistlature, or court decisions over a period of time. A good example of an "un-written constitution" is that britain. It is found in many documents, like Magna Carta of 1215, the statue of westminster of 1931, and current laws passed by parliament.

most modern countries prefer a written constitution to an unwritten constitution, because a constitution i so important to the work of government.

A good written constitution must be clear and definite, so that it does not confuse or lead to misunderstanding about the meaning of law. the parts of written constitution usually are:
