Types Of Social Groups..
Social groups vary in size, quality of group interaction, purpose, structure, or combinations of these. One criterion of the classification of groups is the character of social interaction obtained in the group as can be seen from such established classifications as the primary and secondary groups, the in-group and the out-group, Gemenschaft and Gesseslschaft, and the formal and informal groups, these classifications represents ideal types, theoretical ideas, or constructs existting only in the minds and so the actual types may not exactly conform to their characteristics. these dichotomies of social groups are useful only insofar as they help one understand the actual or real types by providing bases for comparing and analyzing existing conditions or situations.
Factors That Influence Groups...
People live in groups and form groups to meet certain social needs. Certain experience of persons predispose them to form groups with or without conscious planning. Basic to group formation is social interaction. People who are in close proximity or who share common experience around some cultural interest or who have objectives in common tend to interact and form groups in order to satisfy their affection or economic needs, have a sense of belonging and achieve security, or to further their political ambitious or obtain recognition.

The Language Of Business...
The Common belief is that there is a language peculiar to business, that business language is characterized by words and phrases that make the writer appear intelligent or highly educated. This belief may have come about because so many communications written by business executives and their assistants are verbose, stilted, impersonal, and obscure in meaning.
Actually, the best writers, in or out of the business world are those who don't put on airs or beat around the bush; the worst are those who try to impress their readers whit their cleverness with words, the rich vocabulary, and their "executives". The Political Parties
A political party is a voluntary organization of citizens having similar political ideas and principles, whose chief objective is to run the government.
Advantages And Disadvantages of Political Parties
There are advantages and disadvantages of having a political parties that can be affect in our society.
Advantages:
- they can organize political rallies, campaign literature and speakers;
- they help to mold public opinion which is essential in a democracy;
- they select capable men to run for public office;
- they encourage collective responsibility in politics, so that in case of a bad government the people know whom to blame the party in power.
Disadvantages:
- in their desire to win elections, they may distort the truth and give biased information, including black propaganda;
- they may produce hostility and lack of unity among the people by their rivalry;
- they do not always choose the best as their candidates, hence many elected officials prove incompetent and currupt;
- they are responsible for such evil political practices as nepotism, bribery, graft, influence pedding and turncoatism (shange of party affiliation).

Think for example of how parents have influence you, both by what they have thought you and by the opportunities they have (or have not) been able to provide.
